一、经济全球化中的金融国际化本世纪最后20年,随着经济贸易和投资的全球化,金融业发展的国际化趋势十分突出。可以说,金融国际化已成为20世纪金融业发展的一个最显著特征,也是20世纪金融业的重大成就之一。在金融国际化进程中,无论是美国、日本等工业发达国家,还是韩国、新加坡等新兴工业化国家,或者是象中国这样的发展中国家,其金融体制都无不受到金融国际化的冲击和影响。面对这一无法抗拒的历史潮流,各国的金融体制都在不断调整和变化之中。
I. Internationalization of Finance in Economic Globalization In the last two decades of this century, with the globalization of economy, trade and investment, the internationalization of the development of the financial industry has become very prominent. It can be said that financial internationalization has become one of the most prominent features of the financial industry in the 20th century and one of the major achievements of the financial industry in the 20th century. In the financial internationalization process, both the developed countries such as the United States and Japan, the newly industrialized countries such as South Korea and Singapore, or the developing countries like China, all have their financial systems impacted and influenced by the financial internationalization. Faced with this irresistible historical trend, the financial systems of all countries are constantly adjusting and changing.
