新课程强调自主、合作、探究的教与学的模式,而这种模式能否有效开展仍然取决于教师主导作用的发挥,教师的主导作用充分体现在教师的教学设计上。然而在实际教学中很多教学设计仍然存在这样一些问题,如主要体现教师教的意图,教师包办太多,学生的意图,学生主动学习和主动探究的过程体现很少等,极大制约了新课程的有效实施。因此如何让教学设计在教师的导和学生的学之间找到一种有效平衡是值得探究的问题。本文认为采用导学式教学法,精心设计“导学”是解决这一问题的有效途径,并试从导学式教学法实施的现状出发,主要从“导读引知”、“导问引思”、“导理引情”等方面来探讨如何有效“导学”。
