液压油的温度与粘度有关:温度增高,其粘度降低。粘度对液压传动装置的工作、效率及寿命的影响也很大。要保证液压元件的试验质量,务必对试验台的油温严加控制。控制试验台的油温主要借助于电接点压力式温度计和冷却系统。电接点压力式温度计的接点如图1所示。如果试验台的试验油温要求在45~55℃之间,则把上、下限接点指示针拨到这个范围之内。
The temperature of the hydraulic oil is related to the viscosity: the higher the temperature, the lower the viscosity. Viscosity of the hydraulic transmission work, efficiency and life expectancy are also great. To ensure the quality of hydraulic components of the test, be sure to test the temperature of the oil rigorous control. Control the temperature of the test bench mainly by means of electrical contact pressure thermometer and cooling system. Electric contact pressure thermometer contacts shown in Figure 1. If the test bench test oil temperature requirements between 45 ~ 55 ℃, then the upper and lower limit contact indicator dial within this range.
