阐述了磁流变液离合器的工作原理。设计了一种发动机散热风扇用磁流变液离合器。利用ANSYS磁场有限元分析模块分析了磁流变液离合器的磁力线与磁通密度的分布,同时对离合器外壳材料的选用和外壳形式对磁通密度大小及分布的影响进行了分析,分析结果可为同类产品的设计提供参考。
