传统的甲状腺影像检查方法主要是同位素扫描、γ—照相、B超及χ—线等,在地方性甲状腺肿(简称地甲病)的防治实践中,应用B超测量甲状腺体积已屡见报道,而用CT测量正常人甲状腺体积报道较少。CT因具有高的密度分辨率可以清楚显示甲状腺形态、大小及同周围组织的毗邻关系,对甲状腺弥漫性增大、实质内肿瘤、囊肿、钙化等病变的定位定性有其独特的优越性。为了更好地应用CT做甲状腺检查,本文测量了一组正常成人甲状腺在CT图像上的表现,以供临床、碘缺乏病防治科研、监测及用其它方法检测甲状腺大小时参考。
The traditional method of thyroid imaging is mainly isotope scanning, γ-photography, B-mode and χ-line. In the prevention and treatment of endemic goiter, However, CT measurement of normal thyroid volume less reported. Because of its high density and resolution, CT can clearly show the thyroid morphology, size, and the adjacent relationship with the surrounding tissues. Diffuse thyroid enlargement has the unique superiority in positioning and characterization of lesions such as tumors, cysts and calcifications. In order to better use thyroid CT examination, this article measured the performance of a group of normal thyroid in CT images for clinical, iodine deficiency disease prevention and control of scientific research, monitoring and other methods to detect thyroid size for reference.
