对尺寸为4 mm×4.7 mm的压铸AZ91D镁合金铆钉热旋铆时的变形行为进行了数值模拟研究,采用了正交试验方法分析成形参数对铆钉成形的影响,得出最佳参数组合为:铆头初始温度为600℃,传热时间为2 s,铆头进给速度为0.8 mm/s,铆头转速为480 r/min。并分析不同成形参数下变形区温度、应力、应变分布规律及变形区的损伤情况,铆钉头部边缘处在成形中的等效应力最大,波动幅度显著,变形不稳定,且该区域成形后损伤最大,易产生破裂、褶皱等缺陷。
The deformation behavior of the die-cast AZ91D magnesium alloy rivet with a size of 4 mm × 4.7 mm during hot riveting riveting was numerically simulated. The influence of the forming parameters on the forming of the rivet was analyzed by orthogonal test. The optimum parameters were : Riveting head initial temperature of 600 ℃, heat transfer time of 2 s, riveting head feed rate of 0.8 mm / s, riveting head speed of 480 r / min. The distribution of temperature, stress and strain in the deformation zone under different forming parameters and the damage of the deformation zone were analyzed. The equivalent stress in the forming of the head edge of the rivet head was the largest, the fluctuation range was remarkable, the deformation was not stable, and the damage of the zone after forming Largest, easy to produce rupture, wrinkles and other defects.
