目的建立一种检测消毒剂灭活病毒效果的方法。方法采用免疫荧光灶试验方法,建立消毒剂灭活病毒效果的检测方法。结果本研究建立的荧光灶试验法实验证明,采用浓度为2 000 mg/L季铵盐复合消毒剂对悬液内狂犬病毒作用3 min,平均灭活对数值大于4.0。实验浓度证明该消毒液对病毒宿主细胞生长有影响,但本研究选用的中和剂可有效中和最高实验浓度的消毒剂对病毒及其宿主细胞的影响。结论本研究建立的免疫荧光灶试验方法,可以用于该皮肤黏膜消毒剂灭活狂犬病毒效果的检测,操作简便,出结果快,利于统计计算,便于观察。
Objective To establish a method to detect the effectiveness of disinfectants in inactivating viruses. Methods The method of immunofluorescence test was used to establish the detection method of disinfectant inactivating virus. Results The experimental results of the foci established by this study showed that the average killing inactivation logarithm of rabies virus in suspensions was 3 min with the concentration of 2 000 mg / L quaternary ammonium salt compound disinfectant, and the average inactivation logarithm was greater than 4.0. The experimental concentration proves that the disinfectant has an effect on the growth of the virus host cells, but the neutralizer selected in this study can effectively neutralize the influence of the disinfectant with the highest experimental concentration on the virus and its host cells. Conclusion The method of immunofluorescence test established in this study can be used for the detection of inactivation of rabies virus by the mucocutaneous disinfectant. The method is simple and easy to operate with fast results, which is good for statistical calculation and easy to observe.
