为合理地评价城市道路的实际使用功能与规划设计功能之间的吻合程度,提出了功能匹配度的概念并以此作为评价的目标值.从道路交通流的方式划分、距离分布及行车速度这三类分流特征出发,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评判的数学方法,给出了城市支路、次干路、主干路、快速路以及整个路网的功能匹配度的计算原则.并结合多模式用户平衡交通分配问题可得的计算结果,给出了适宜于城市交通规划研究阶段的道路网络功能匹配度的分析与计算模型.最后结合算例,给出了城市道路网络功能匹配度计算的具体步骤并说明了该分析方法及分析模型的可行性和有效性.
