通过对空气重介干法选煤主机中的刮板运动轨迹的研究,得出了刮板在排煤端的运动轨迹方程。讨论了在排煤端刮板与筛板之间的间隙变化情况,提出了减小间隙变化的措施及筛板合理安装的位置,这为合理设计空气重介流化床干法选煤的刮板输送装置提供了理论依据。
Through the study on the scraper motion trajectory in air heavy medium dry coal beneficiation host, the trajectory equation of scraper at coal discharge end is obtained. The change of the clearance between the scraper and the sieve is discussed. The measures to reduce the gap and the proper installation of the sieve are proposed. Plate conveyor provides a theoretical basis.
