岩矿制片又称磨片,磨片是地质工作中不可缺少的一项工作。把一块岩石磨制成厚0.33mm的符合鉴定要求的薄片,需要经过切片,煮胶,粗磨、细磨、精磨……等十几道程序。其中有几道工序是费时、又费力的,为此,对磨片工艺流程和操作工具的革新一直是席片人员或地质人员们所关注的事。笔者通过近几年来的实践,对磨片工艺中两项程序进行了革新,收到了很好的效果。以往的磨片程序中,精磨是在玻璃板上涂上研磨粉,用双手把住薄片往返推动而研磨的,这种操作既费时,又费力。笔者在细磨机上用800号细砂磨制,一次性磨完,从而代替了玻璃板上的精磨。通
