目的 :研究P 选择素和nm2 3 基因蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法 :以手术切除食管癌标本做病理组织切片 ,采用免疫组织化学染色 ,对整张切片中血管和细胞核、细胞浆或细胞膜的着色情况进行观察 ,确定其阳性或阴性。结果 :①P 选择素、nm2 3 基因蛋白的表达与食管磷癌的组织学分级无关。②P 选择素表达随着肿瘤的增大及淋巴结转移而增强 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期癌高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期癌。③nm2 3 基因表达与TNM分期无关 ,在淋巴结转移组中阳性率显著低于无淋巴结转移组。④P 选择素和nm2 3 基因在食管癌中的表达呈显著负相关关系。结论 :P 选择素高表达与nm2 3 基因低表达共同提示食管癌浸润转移的高风险性。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of P-selectin and nm23 gene protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Surgical resection of esophageal cancer specimens was performed for histopathological sections. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the coloration of blood vessels, nuclei, cytoplasm or cell membrane in the whole section, and positive or negative was determined. RESULTS: The expression of 1P-selectin and nm23 gene protein was not associated with the histological grade of esophageal P carcinoma. The expression of 2P selectin increased with the increase of tumor and lymph node metastasis. Stages III and IV were higher than those of stages I and II. 3nm2 3 gene expression was not associated with TNM stage. The positive rate in lymph node metastasis group was significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis group. The expression of 4P selectin and nm23 was significantly negatively correlated with esophageal cancer. Conclusion : The high expression of P selectin and the low expression of nm23 gene suggest a high risk of invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer.
