CAD/CAPP/CAM/MPS(加工过程仿真)是虚拟制造的关键技术。本系统针对非回转体零件,基于STEP标准,利用商品化CAD/CAM软件——Pro/E为平台,在完成CAM与CAD、CAPP、MPS信息集成的基础上,利用Pro/E的加工功能实现加工过程的自动化,并为加工过程仿真与NC代码仿真提供信息需求。本CAM系统通过获取CAD的零件建模信息,CAPP的工艺规划信息,对Pro/E的CAM信息获取进行重新设计,对Pro/E的加工功能进行二次开发,实现CAM与CAD、CAPP、MPS的无缝集成,完成零件的自动加工过程仿真,大大减少了工程技术人员的工作量。实际应用表明:此方法集成度高、柔性大。
CAD / CAPP / CAM / MPS (Process Simulation) is the key technology of virtual manufacturing. Based on the STEP standard, this system uses the commercial CAD / CAM software - Pro / E as a platform. Practical application shows that this method is highly integrated and flexible.
