This article for the future diesel engine provides some of the results of the research on fuel injection equipment. These studies were made by the internal combustion engine department of the University of Brno, Czechoslovakia. The overall structure of the injection device to solve the deformation of the plunger sleeve, the application of the bypass groove also solved the plunger pitting and oil chamber pressure pulse problem. Through special improvements to eliminate the fuel infiltration to the pump lubrication system or diesel engine lubrication problems, but also pay special attention to the high-pressure tubing decompression method. In brief, here is a new design and experimental results of an integrated fuel pump without a delivery valve. This design addresses all the complex issues of operation and reliability and durability. At the same time, a compact and simple injection pump is provided, which creates the preconditions for an overall improvement in the basic performance of the diesel engine.
