改革开放以来,我国的艺术设计教育便一直处于兴起的状态,艺术设计相关行业对专业人才的需求越来越大,并对人才的要求也越来越高。近年来,随着素质教育改革的不断深入,许多学科都采用了更为合理的教学方法,但是艺术设计教学仍在沿用“填鸭式”的授课方式,只注重书本知识的灌输,而忽略了学生创新能力的培养。如今,怎样改革艺术设计教学,使之能够适应当今社会发展的潮流、满足社会的需求、培育出创新型的人才是艺术设计教育工作者考虑的重点方向。本文通过阐述当前我国艺术设计教学中所存在的缺陷,剖析培养学生创新能力、塑造创新人才的必然性,并在此基础上,提出在进行艺术设计教学时培养创新人才的一些策略和方法。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s art and design education has been in a state of rise, the demand for professionals in art-design-related industries is increasing, and the demand for talents is also getting higher and higher. In recent years, along with the deepening of the reform of quality education, many disciplines have adopted more reasonable teaching methods. However, the teaching of art design still adopts the teaching mode of “spoon-feeding”, focusing only on the inculcation of book knowledge and ignoring The cultivation of students’ innovative ability. Nowadays, how to reform the teaching of art design so that it can adapt to the tide of social development, meet the needs of the society and cultivate innovative talents are the key directions considered by art design educators. This article elaborates the current defects in art design teaching in our country, analyzes the inevitability of cultivating students’ creative ability and shaping innovative talents, and on the basis of this, puts forward some strategies and methods to train creative talents in art design teaching.
