是否能充分发挥思想工作骨干队伍的作用,是知兵情、悉兵意、懂兵心、解兵难的重要途径之一,也是做好经常性思想工作的关键。作为思想工作骨干,就是要善于从日常的工作、生活、学习中发现官兵思想中存在的问题和波动,有针对性地去解决问题,为部队的安全稳定提供强有力的思想保证。笔者通过观察发现,部分思想工作骨干不会从官兵生活细小的变化中去发现问题,在此推荐几种发现问题的方法给大家参考。
Whether we can give full play to the role of the cadre team in ideological work is one of the important ways to know how to behave, know what to do, know how to do military work, and solve military hardship. It is also the key to doing regular ideological work. As the backbone of ideological work, we must be good at discovering the problems and fluctuations in the minds of officers and men from daily work, life and study, and resolving problems in a targeted manner so as to provide a powerful ideological guarantee for the security and stability of the armed forces. The author found through observation that some cadres of ideological work will not find problems from the small changes in the lives of officers and men. Several methods for finding problems are recommended here for your reference.
