有些金属陶瓷管型,采用无排气管排气工艺,而其中有些精密部件又必须先封接好,所以当管子排气时,只有2—3道焊缝供排气用。我们估算,这些焊缝大约相当于一根内径为1.2毫米的排气管,故通导能力小。为此,我们用直径为0.2毫米的银铜丝绕在直径0.35毫米的银铜丝上,把其中的一道焊缝抬高0.2毫米,如图1,以便增加无排气管排气的通导能力。采用这种方法,相当于增加了一根内径为2.8毫米的排气管,使无排气管排气的通导能力大大增加,这种方法,简单可行,故一直用它。
Some metal-ceramic tube, exhaust pipe without exhaust technology, and some precision components must be sealed first, so when the pipe exhaust, only 2-3 seam for exhaust. We estimate that these welds are about the same size as an exhaust pipe with an inner diameter of 1.2 mm and therefore have low conductivity. To this end, we use 0.2 mm diameter silver copper wire wound on a 0.35 mm diameter silver copper wire to raise one of the welds 0.2 mm, as shown in Figure 1, in order to increase the venting without venting ability. Using this method, the equivalent of an increase of an inner diameter of 2.8 mm exhaust pipe, exhaust pipe without exhaust ventilation greatly increased the ability to guide, this method is simple and feasible, it has been using it.
