电凝器为外科手术中必不可少的手术仪器,为了能充分发挥电凝器在手术中的作用,作者在苏州医疗器械厂生产的YD1眼科透热电凝器的输出端,略加以改进,达到一机多用的目的,通过1年余来百余例手术观察,效果良好,现介绍如下: 一、制作 1.材料:(1)普通话筒插头一个(与原电凝器输出端插头相同大小);(2)鳄鱼夹一只;(3)导线1.5m长一根。 2.焊接:把话筒插头与鳄鱼夹用导线焊接。
