为探讨马桑内酯致痫与生长抑素的关系,用原位杂交组织化学法研究了马桑内酯致痫后大鼠海马生长抑素mRNA阳性神经元的变化,结果表明:致痫组大鼠CA1、CA2区及齿状回生长抑素mRNA的反应明显增强,以上各区的中、小神经元内生长抑素mRNA神经元的数目及强度明显高于正常对照组,两者有显著性差异。提示海马生长抑素阳性神经元可能参与了马桑内酯所致癫痫的发病过程。
In order to investigate the relationship between epilepsy and somatostatin, the in situ hybridization was used to study the changes of somatostatin mRNA positive neurons in the hippocampus of rats with epilepsy induced by docetaxel. The results showed that: The response of somatostatin mRNA in CA1 and CA2 regions of rats was significantly enhanced. The number and intensity of somatostatin mRNA neurons in middle and small neurons in the above regions were significantly higher than those in normal control group, both of which were significant difference.
