三亚市企业生存环境竞争激烈、各项成本不断增加,尽管三亚国有企业在福利成本上不断增加相应投入,但却由于仍旧存在大量不合理之处而未能对基层员工起到足够的激励作用。笔者从国有企业基层员工着手去寻找突破点,试图发现国有企业基层员工福利中的不足之处,提出相应的改善建议以提高三亚市国有企业基层员工的福利水平。
The living environment of enterprises in Sanya is fiercely competitive and the costs are constantly increasing. Although the state-owned enterprises in Sanya continue to increase their welfare costs, they are not sufficiently motivated by the large number of unreasonable factors. The author starts from the grass-roots state-owned enterprises to find a breakthrough point, attempts to find the deficiencies in the grass-roots staff welfare of state-owned enterprises, and put forward corresponding suggestions to improve the welfare of grassroots workers in state-owned enterprises in Sanya City.
