通过分析CRM对于旅游目的地营销系统发展的作用,探讨了CRM在其应用中存在的问题,提出了以CRM思想为基本理念发展旅游目的地营销系统策略。
By analyzing the effect of CRM on the development of tourism destination marketing system, this paper discusses the problems existing in CRM application and puts forward the strategy of developing marketing system of tourism destination by taking CRM as the basic idea.
