目的探讨石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响。方法取雄性ICR小鼠90只,随机分为空白对照组、免疫低下模型组、石榴皮乙醇提取物组、石榴皮乙酸乙酯萃取物组、石榴皮正丁醇萃取物组和阳性对照螺旋藻组。除空白对照组外,应用环磷酰胺复制建立免疫低下模型,同时灌胃相应的受试物10 d,于第11天处死小鼠,测定各组小鼠抗体分泌细胞功能[抗体吸光度(A)值]和血清溶血素(HC50)的水平。结果石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物和螺旋藻对环磷酰胺引起的免疫力低下小鼠的抗体A值和HC50均具有明显的提高作用(P<0.05或<0.01),其中乙酸乙酯萃取物效果最好。结论石榴皮乙醇提取物及其两种萃取物对环磷酰胺导致的免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫功能具有一定的提高作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of ethanol extract of pomegranate peel and its two extracts on humoral immune function in mice. Methods Ninety male ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group, immunocompromised model group, pomegranate peel ethanol extract group, pomegranate ethyl acetate extract group, pomegranate peel n-butanol extract group and positive control spirulina group. In addition to the blank control group, an immunocompromise model was established by replicating cyclophosphamide and the corresponding test substance was intragastrically administered for 10 days. The mice were sacrificed on the eleventh day and the function of antibody-secreting cells in each group of mice was determined [Absorbance of antibody (A) Value] and serum hemolysin (HC50) levels. Results The ethanol extract of pomegranate peel and its two extracts and Spirulina platensis significantly increased the antibody A value and HC50 of the immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide (P<0.05 or <0.01). The ester extract works best. Conclusion Ethanol extract of Pomegranate peel and its two extracts can improve the humoral immune function of immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
