新品系的选育是1991年在肇东苜蓿与扁蓿豆远缘杂交F3群体中选择株型直立,分枝多,无病虫害的健壮植株。入选单株要求鲜重在400g以上,粗蛋白质含量在18%左右,经对130株的测定达到预定指标的有3、46、60、74、81、100、112号7个单株。并采取扦插无性繁殖建立无性株系产生种子,分株系种植进行品系比较试验。经对选择出的7个新品系的牧草产量、营养及抗性各项性状的测定,每公顷产干草505.87~552.55kg,粗蛋白质含量16.74%~20.22%,越冬率为92%~96.5%。分别高于对照肇东苜蓿22.37%~33.61%,1.96%~5.44%,3%~8%。几项主要指标均超过预定指标。从而为培育苜蓿的新品种,创立了条件。
Breeding of the new line was selected in 1991 in Zhaodong alfalfa and albino beans distant hybrid F3 populations selected plant type upright, branched, robust plant without pests and diseases. The selected plants require fresh weight of more than 400g, crude protein content of about 18%, after the determination of 130 strains to achieve the desired target of 3,46,60,74,81,100,112 number 7 plants. Asexual propagation of cuttings was adopted to establish seeds for seedless plants, and plantlets were planted for comparative experiments. The yield, nutrition and resistance traits of the selected seven new lines were measured, and the hay yield per hectare was 505.87 ~ 552.55kg and the crude protein content was 16.74% ~ 20.22%. The overwintering rate 92% ~ 96.5%. Respectively higher than the control Zhaodong alfalfa 22.37% ~ 33.61%, 1.96% ~ 5.44%, 3% ~ 8%. Several major indicators have exceeded the predetermined target. So as to cultivate a new variety of alfalfa, created the conditions.
