真空堆载联合预压加固软土地基在我国沿海地区得到广泛应用,本文结合神华广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司的二期(首两台1000MW级机组)煤场扩建工程的成功实例,阐述真空堆载联合预压软土地基加固过程中的工作原理、工艺流程、过程监控以及结果检测等应用技术,总结真空堆载联合预压施工过程中需注意的关键技术和问题。
The combination of vacuum pile preloading and consolidation of soft soil foundation is widely used in coastal areas in China. In this paper, we illustrate the successful examples of the coal yard expansion project of the second phase (the first two 1000MW units) of Shenhua Guangdong Guowadayu Guangdong Taishan Power Generation Co. Ltd. The key technologies and problems to be noticed in the process of vacuum preloading combined with preloading are summarized with the application of vacuum surcharge technology in the consolidation process of soft ground, including the working principle, process flow, process monitoring and result detection.
