分析市场中异质再生资源的共同特性,指出不同种类再生资源之间存在广泛而复杂的网状替代关系,以再生资源为节点,资源间的替代关系为边,建立再生资源价格关系网络图。结果表明,网络具有很短的平均路径长度和较大的集聚系数,网络的整体结构表现为“小世界网络”;网络度分布不符合幂律分布,不具有无标度性,但网络已具有向无标度网络演化的趋势。因此,国家应当制定有关优惠政策加强异质资源替代利用的技术研发,加强再生资源市场的内部替代效应,缓解价格波动,降低市场风险。
This paper analyzes the common characteristics of heterogeneous renewable resources in the market and points out that there are a wide range of complex network replacement relations among different types of renewable resources. The renewable resource is regarded as a node and the alternative relationship between resources is taken as an edge, and a network diagram of price relationship of renewable resources is established. The results show that the network has a short average path length and a large clustering coefficient, the overall structure of the network is represented as “small world network ”; the network degree distribution does not accord with the power law distribution and does not have scale- There has been a trend toward scale-free networks. Therefore, the state should formulate relevant preferential policies to strengthen technology research and development of alternative utilization of heterogeneous resources, strengthen the internal replacement effect of renewable resource markets, ease price fluctuations and reduce market risks.
