安阳市卫生防疫站设奖金鼓励职工写作。奖金规定为:(1)论文奖:发表在市级刊物10元,省级20元,国家级30元。(2)专业文章奖:市级、省级、国家级分别增补该文稿费的1/2倍、1倍和2倍。(3)新闻稿(与单位及专业有关)奖:分别增外稿酬的1～3倍。写作奖的设立促进了专业人员写稿的积极性,1988年元月至此稿结稿为止,全站在市级刊物已发表87篇文稿,在省级以上发表23篇,超过了前20年防疫站发稿量的总和。
