唐镇位于上海市浦东新区腹地。2007年来,唐镇以“建设新市镇,发展新唐镇”为主线,着力打造更具特色的实力城镇,更有内涵的品质城镇,更重民生的和谐城镇,更富活力的创新城镇。随着新市镇建设的迅猛推进,唐镇出现了“被征地农民”和外来人员两个新的社会群体。近十年,唐镇已有89.2%的农民户籍转为居民,但这些集中居住在各动迁小区的“新市民”仍保留着较强 Tangzhen is located in the hinterland of Shanghai Pudong New Area.
