针对目前外卡式管压传感器存在的问题,设计制作了一种新型外卡式ICP(Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric)型管压传感器。利用该传感器采集了柴油机高压油管压力信号,通过对测试信号的无延时实时滤波、去趋势项和归一化处理,实现了柴油机转速的准确计算;通过时域波形的分析,提取了4个喷油特征点。研究结果表明:该传感器具有使用方便、性能可靠和测试准确的特点。
In view of the existing problems of the external tube pressure sensor, a new type of external pressure tube ICP (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric) tube pressure sensor is designed and manufactured. By using this sensor, the pressure signal of diesel engine high-pressure tubing was collected. The real-time filtering of the test signal without delay, the trend term and the normalization process were used to realize accurate calculation of the engine speed. Through the analysis of the time-domain waveform, 4 Injection characteristics. The results show that the sensor is easy to use, reliable and accurate.
