研究了胶凝材料与微珠的比例(胶集比)和乳胶粉掺量对空心矿物微珠保温砂浆性能的影响。研究表明随着体系中胶集比的增加,空心矿物微珠保温砂浆干表观密度和导热系数递增,材料保温效果递减,同时材料强度也随着递增。体系胶集比在0.5—1.0范围内时,力学性能和保温性能同时很好的满足国家标准的要求。随着体系中乳胶粉掺量的增加,料浆湿表观密度下降,对应的干表观密度和导热系数亦下降,而砂浆压剪粘结强度递增,材料软化系数也递增,胶粉最佳掺量在2.0%—3.5%之间。文中简要分析了该材料性能优化的机理。
The effects of the ratio of cementitious material to microbead (gel ratio) and the content of latex powder on the properties of hollow mineral microbead thermal insulating mortar were studied. The results show that with the increase of the gel concentration in the system, the apparent density and thermal conductivity of hollow mineral microbead insulation mortar increase gradually, and the heat preservation effect decreases with the increase of material strength. When the system glue ratio is in the range of 0.5-1.0, the mechanical properties and the thermal insulation properties meet well the requirements of the national standards. With the increase of the content of latex powder in the system, the wet apparent density of the slurry decreased, the corresponding dry apparent density and thermal conductivity also decreased, while the mortar bond strength increased, the material softening coefficient also increased, the best powder The dosage is between 2.0% -3.5%. In this paper, a brief analysis of the material performance optimization mechanism.
