计划生育是毛主席历来倡导的一件大事,英明领袖华主席非常关心计划生育工作。认真搞好计划生育工作是贯彻执行华主席为首的党中央抓纲治国的一项重要内容。输卵管结扎手术是计划生育手术之一,它关系到广大劳动妇女的健康,更关系到国民经济的发展。为了早日实现四个现代化,为了更好地保证妇女健康,提高结扎手术质量,现将我省吉林、长春、四平、延边、通化、哲盟六个地区截至77年8月所收集的输卵管结扎术12528例报告如下。

To conscientiously carry out family planning work is an important part of implementing the party committee general plan led by Chairman Hua. Tubal ligation is one of the family planning operations. It is related to the health of the majority of working women and is more related to the development of the national economy. In order to realize the four modernizations as soon as possible, in order to better ensure the health of women and improve the quality of ligation, the tubal ligation collected in August, 2007 in the six regions of Jilin, Changchun, Siping, Yanbian, Tonghua and Zhe Meng, 12528 cases are reported as follows.
