以某知名乳品企业MES系统真实实施流程为例,展现了系统自动记录生产各环节的过程信息并将生产的前后环节关联起来,最终形成完整的产品谱系,实现从成品奶粉到奶车,奶源及其收奶时化验指标数据信息的正反追溯,不仅可率先满足国家食品安全体系的要求,更助力国家食品安全电子追溯体系更上台阶。
Taking the actual implementation process of MES system of a well-known dairy enterprise as an example, the system automatically records the process information of each link in the production process and correlates the antecedent and the link of the production to form a complete product pedigree finally.
