螺旋藻热水粗提取液中含大量表面带负电荷的微粒.根据静电中和絮凝机理,用阳离子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS)处理粗提液的絮凝率为80.32%,脱色率75.48%,蛋白质去除率50.30%,总糖保存率85.40%,絮凝效果不受粗提取液pH值、絮凝时间和温度的影响.提取液在絮凝后离心去杂,再经乙醇沉淀,多糖沉淀用去离子水复溶,所得复溶液中总固形物的总糖含量达86.0%.Zeta电势显示,PFS在酸性和中性条件下能完全中和颗粒表面电荷,碱性条件下能大幅度降低颗粒表面电荷.絮体形态显示,添加PFS促进了提取液中微粒的团聚,提高了微粒的可沉降性.
Spirulina crude hot water extract contains a large number of negatively charged particles on the surface.According to electrostatic neutralization flocculation mechanism, the flocculation rate of crude extract was 80.32%, the decolorization rate was 75.48% The protein removal efficiency was 50.30%, and the total sugar preservation rate was 85.40% .The flocculation effect was not affected by the pH value, flocculation time and temperature of the crude extract.The extract was centrifuged to remove impurities after flocculation and then precipitated by ethanol and precipitated with deionized water The total sugar content of the total solid in the complexed solution was 86.0% .Zeta potential showed that PFS could completely neutralize the surface charge of the particles under acidic and neutral conditions, and could greatly reduce the surface charge of the particles under alkaline conditions. Floc morphology showed that the addition of PFS promoted the agglomeration of the particles in the extract and improved the sedimentation of the particles.
