以‘宁杞1号’枸杞为试材,采用在枸杞叶面喷施亚硒酸钠方法,研究了施硒对枸杞品质的影响。结果表明:在施硒浓度为0~500mg·kg-1时,枸杞含硒量均有显著提高,喷施浓度及次数是影响枸杞硒含量的关键因素;枸杞总糖、多糖、甜菜碱、蛋白质在硒不同施用量作用下,含量都呈现曲线变化,在适宜浓度范围内,枸杞各品质元素含量随着喷施浓度的增加而逐渐增加,超过耐受限量时呈下降趋势。
Taking ’Ningqi No.1’ Chinese wolfberry as test material, the effect of applying selenium on the quality of Chinese wolfberry was studied by spraying sodium selenite on leaves of Chinese wolfberry. The results showed that when the concentration of selenium was 0-500 mg · kg-1, the content of selenium in Lycium barbarum significantly increased, and the concentration and times of spraying were the key factors affecting the content of selenium in Lycium barbarum L. Total Lycium barbarum L., polysaccharide, betaine, protein Under the different application rates of selenium, the content showed a curve change. Within suitable concentration range, the content of quality elements of Lycium chinense increased gradually with the increase of spraying concentration, and decreased when it exceeded the tolerance limit.
