我们前段工作已证明,农吉利甲素(野百合碱,简称农甲)对人体和动物癌细胞RNA生物合成有明显的抑制作用。在小白鼠S_(180)试验中也证明长时间给予农甲后对癌组织DNA生物合成也有较明显的抑制作用。但农甲对癌细胞RNA和DNA生物合成的抑制作用有无差异,则未见实验证明。本文拟采用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)掺入人体肝癌细胞DNA的方法来探讨农甲对癌细胞DNA生物合成的影响,并和农甲对癌细胞RNA生物合成的抑制作用相比较。
