木桶原理指的是:一个木桶由许多块木板组成,如果组成木桶的这些木板长短不一,那么这个木桶的最大容量不取决于长的木板,而取决于最短的那块木板。这个由许多块木板组成的“木桶”不仅可象征一个企业、一个部门、一个班组,也可象征某一个员工,而“木桶”的最大容量则分别象征着企业、部门、班组和员工个人最大的整体实力和竞争力。员工培训实质上就是通过培训来增大这一个“木桶”的容量。通过分析木桶原理与员工培训之间的关系,我们发现木桶原理可以在培训对象和培训内容两大方面给企业的员工培训工作提供一些启示。

By analyzing the relationship between barrel principle and employee training, we find that the principle of barrel can provide some inspiration to staff training in two aspects of training object and training content.
