本研究采用免疫组化LSAB法及图象分析技术,用抗EGFE的单克隆抗体对8例正常喉粘膜、25例喉粘膜不典型增生及53例喉鳞癌组织进行标记及分析。结果发现,随着喉粘膜病变的加重,EGF-R的染色强度PU值有逐渐增高的趋势,与正常喉粘膜(PU=13.36±4.26)相比,喉癌(原位癌PU=21.62±10.42,进展期癌PU=26.63±6.92)及重度不典型增生(PU=23.64±7.28)组织中EGF-R过度表达。研究结果提示,EGF-R与喉癌的发生有一定的关系,重度不典型增生有高度的恶变潜能
In this study, 8 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa, 25 cases of laryngeal mucosa atypical hyperplasia and 53 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were labeled and analyzed by immunohistochemical LSAB method and image analysis technique with anti-EGFE monoclonal antibody. The results showed that, with the increase of laryngeal mucosal lesions, the staining intensity of EGF-R PU value has a tendency to increase, compared with the normal laryngeal mucosa (PU = 13.36 ± 4.26), laryngeal cancer (carcinoma in situ PU = 21.62 ± 10.42, PU = 26.63 ± 6.92 in advanced stage and overexpression of EGF-R in severe atypical hyperplasia (PU = 23.64 ± 7.28). The results suggest that EGF-R and laryngeal cancer have a certain relationship, severe dysplasia with a high degree of malignant potential
