用计算机处理电分析中的数据始于60年代,以后把简单的微处理机与电分析仪器相联结,实现电分析的自动化和常规分析数据的联机处理。随着电子工业的飞跃发展,微机的功能和存贮容量都得到了很大的提高。目前微机在电分析化学中的应用已很广泛,不仅联机仪器已很普遍,而且用微机处理特定的数据也日益增多。高鸿曾指出:“分析化学的第三次革命是分析化学、数理统计和计算机三者的结合”。从这点来看,微机在电分析化学中的应用还有待于进一步探索,使电分析能借助微机提高分析的检测下限和分辨率,选择分析条件和简化分析手续,迅速和准确地获得分析的结果。本文重点以离子选择性电极和极谱分析法为例,概述了微机在电分析化学中的应用。
Computerized data processing of electrical analysis began in the 1960s, after the simple microprocessor and electrical analysis equipment connected to achieve the automatic analysis of electrical analysis and on-line analysis of conventional data processing. With the rapid development of the electronics industry, the functions and storage capacity of the microcomputer have been greatly improved. At present, the application of microcomputer in electroanalytical chemistry has been very extensive. Not only the on-line instruments have been widely used, but also the specific data processed by the microcomputer has been increasing. Gao Hong pointed out: “The third revolution in analytical chemistry is the combination of analytical chemistry, mathematical statistics and computers.” From this point of view, the application of microcomputer in electroanalytical chemistry remains to be further explored, making it possible for the electroanalysis to increase the detection limit and resolution of the analysis by means of a microcomputer, select the analysis conditions and simplify the analysis procedure, and quickly and accurately obtain the analyzed result. This paper focuses on ion selective electrode and polarographic analysis, for example, an overview of the microcomputer in the application of analytical chemistry.
