对CMOS图像传感器(CIS)数字模组在核事故工况下作为监控及辐射预警设备的可用性进行分析与研究。通过对样品实时采集的彩色图像和暗图像的色度及灰度信息进行分析,研究其辐射损伤及干扰机理,讨论CIS数字模组作为核事故工况下的监控及辐射报警设备的可用性。研究证明,CIS数字模组在低剂量率短时间辐射环境中,能保持较好的监控画面质量,其暗图像噪声与所监控环境的辐射场强度相关。
Analysis and research on the availability of CMOS image sensor (CIS) digital module as a monitoring and radiation warning device under nuclear accident conditions. By analyzing the chromaticity and grayscale information of the color image and the dark image collected in real time, the radiation damage and interference mechanism are studied, and the availability of the CIS digital module as a nuclear accident monitoring and radiation alarm device is discussed. The research proves that the CIS digital module can maintain a good quality of the monitoring picture under the environment of low dose rate and short time radiation, and its dark image noise is related to the radiation field strength of the monitored environment.
