建立太和香椿中槲皮素含量的测定方法,比较太和香椿青椿、黑油椿、红油椿和红椿4个品种的槲皮素的含量。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为shim-pack:vp-ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-水(1∶1,稀磷酸调pH值为2.50),检测波长为368 nm,体积流量为1.0 mL/mim,外标法计算。得到太和香椿中槲皮素在浓度为83.2~187.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9 995,精密度实验RSD为1.63%,回收率实验4个香椿品种的RSD分别为2.01%,2.92%,3.83%和3.3%。本法快速简单,线性关系良好,回收率和精密度较高,结果准确可靠,可用于太和香椿中槲皮素含量的测定。
To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in Toona sinensis, and to compare the contents of quercetin in four varieties of Toona sinensis, Atractylodes maculata, Toona sinensis and Toona sinensis. The column was shim-pack: vp-ODS with mobile phase of methanol-water (1: 1, dilute phosphoric acid and pH was 2.50). The detection wavelength was 368 nm and the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / mim, external standard calculation. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of quercetin and the quercetin in the range of 83.2 ~ 187.2 μg / mL, r = 0.9 995, RSD of the precision experiment was 1.63%, and RSD of the recovery rate of 4 Toona sinensis varieties were 2.01% 2.92%, 3.83% and 3.3% respectively. This method is fast and simple, good linear relationship, high recovery and precision, the results are accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of quercetin in Toona sinensis.
