对农民工来说,有两个问题是比较急迫的,一是工资,二是工伤。工资关系到农民工及其家庭当下的生活,而工伤则关系到其自己及家庭在事故后的生存。在建筑行业,因用工不规范、事故发生的风险高等因素,这两个问题都是存在的。本文仅对建筑企业农民工的工伤权利保护作简要分析。 For migrant workers, two problems are more urgent, one is wages, and the other is work-related injuries. Wages are related to the current life of migrant workers and their families, while work-related injuries are related to the survival of themselves and their families after an accident. In the construction industry, both of these two problems exist because of the non-standard employment and the high risk of accidents. This article only briefly analyzes the protection of workers’ rights of injury in construction enterprises.
