Called “Cui female face flower”, named Cui Su, is a senior pastry chef at the Beijing Taiwan Hotel. She is 34 years old. After graduating from high school, she was admitted to the chef class at Oriental Art Building and worked for 1 year at Jinsong Vocational High School cooking specialty. After that, she specialized in technology at the Great Wall Hotel. Since 1991, she has transferred to Taiwan Restaurant specializing in pastry making to date. For more than 10 years, she conscientiously asked the masters, to learn from peers, to the book
