After earthquake pre-alarm condition is analyzed theoretically, the circuits of earthquake signal collection, AD signal transform, GPS signal collection and GSM communication are designed. Its characteristics are removability, and finding site exact, pre-alarm area large, organizing network system easy. Test shows that the circuit is able to complete signal collection and transport. Furthermore, the problem on earthquake pre-alarm system framework and message issue is discussed, and an eclectic solution issuing message on the earthquake pre-alarm in informality and formality is also bring forwarded.
