本文针对炼油厂目前加氢裂化、大芳烃、化工三个车间产生的各类可利用的约90万吨/年烷烃进行综合研究,拟采用凯洛格布朗路特北京有限公司的催化裂解制烯烃ACO工艺,该工艺所采用的设备和炼油厂FCC装置类似,主要是通过在提升管内的反应,把约90万吨/年各类轻质烷烃原料催化裂化为高附加值的产品:乙烯、丙烯和粗汽油(含BTX50%)、燃料气+烧焦,用于解决大量轻质烷烃类产品当做液化气、液化气重I、II来销售而亏损的现状,大幅提升炼油厂的经济效益,同时为本厂大芳烃装置提供混苯原料。
