应用天然金刚石半导体测试仪对山东常马庄—西峪地区的金伯利岩中的金刚石半导体性能进行了测试,发现不同矿带、同一矿带中岩管和岩脉的半导体金刚石含量不同,常马庄矿带半导体金刚石含量高于西峪矿带;同一矿带中岩管的半导体金刚石含量高于岩脉。半导体金刚石含量不同,表明它们形成于不同的温度和压力条件下,岩体中半导体金刚石含量高,表明其金刚石的含量也高。测试结果支持金刚石在岩浆侵位过程中形成的观点。
The natural diamond semiconductor tester was used to test the diamond semiconductors in the kimberlite of Changmazhuang-Xiyu area in Shandong Province. The results showed that the content of semiconducting diamonds in different ore belts, The semiconductor diamond content of the ore belt is higher than that of the Xiyu ore belt. The content of the semiconductor diamond in the same ore belt is higher than that of the dikes. Semiconductor diamond content is different, indicating that they are formed under different temperature and pressure conditions, the rock in the semiconductor diamond content is high, indicating that the diamond content is also high. The test results support the formation of diamond during magma emplacement.
