目的:依据灰色关联分析方法评价栀子药材质量。方法:收集20份不同产地栀子药材样品,测定其栀子苷,京尼平1-β-D-龙胆二糖苷,绿原酸,西红花苷-Ⅰ,京尼平苷酸,西红花苷-Ⅱ6种主要成分的含量,采用灰色关联度法,以定义的相对关联度为测度,构建栀子药材质量评价模型。结果:应用该方法建立了栀子药材商品的质量评价模型,收集栀子代表产区的20批栀子商品药材进行客观地评价,得到各评价单元序列的相对关联度在0.309 7~0.524 4,单元序列的相对关联度>0.450的样本有7批,这些批次样本的质量评价较高,其中1,2,7,12,19批样品质量排在前5,说明该样品产区的栀子质量相对较好,同时观察实际栀子商品药材质地,这与目前栀子商品规格划分标准(成熟程度、是否饱满和色泽深浅)情况相一致,充分说明了运用灰色关联分析结果与药材的实际情况相符。结论:该研究为栀子药材商品的综合质量评价提供了一种新方法。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Fructus Gardeniae based on gray relational analysis. Methods: Twenty samples of Gardenia jasminoides from different areas were collected, and the contents of geniposide, genipin 1-β-D-gentiobioside, chlorogenic acid, crocin-Ⅰ, geniposidic acid, The content of 6 major components of crocin-Ⅱ, using the method of gray relational degree, defined the relative degree of correlation as a measure to construct the quality evaluation model of Gardenia jasminoides. Results: The quality evaluation model of Fructus Gardeniae was established by using this method. The 20 medicinal materials of Gardenia jasminoides collected from the representative producing area of Fructus Gardenia were evaluated objectively. The relative correlation of each sequence was 0.309 7 ~ 0.524 4, There were 7 batches of samples whose relative sequence degree was> 0.450. The quality of these batches samples was high, of which 1,2,7,12 and 19 batches were ranked in the top 5, indicating that the gardenia Quality is relatively good, and at the same time to observe the actual quality of gardenia medicinal materials, which is divided into the current gardenia product specification standards (maturity, fullness and color depth) consistent with the full description of the use of gray correlation analysis and the actual situation of medicinal materials Match. Conclusion: This study provides a new method for evaluating the comprehensive quality of gardenia medicinal products.
