目的探讨在良恶性甲状腺结节鉴别诊断中应用超声弹性成像技术的临床价值。方法研究对象选取本医院2014年5月至2016年3月期间被诊断为甲状腺结节病变的68例患者,对所有患者均行超声弹性成像及常规超声检查,比较弹性成像及常规超声结果与病理结果。结果 68例患者经术后病理诊断,甲状腺结节共80个,其中良性结节61个,恶性结节19个;超声弹性成像检查的灵敏度(100.0%)、特异度(80.3%)及准确度(85.0%)明显优于常规超声检查的灵敏度(57.9%)、特异度(49.2%)及准确度(52.5%),两种检查方法差异显著(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像技术在甲状腺结节的良恶性诊断中具有重要价值,可真实反映甲状腺结节的相对硬度,与常规超声诊断相比其灵敏度、特异度及准确度明显较优,在临床中值得应用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. METHODS Subjects Sixty-eight patients diagnosed as thyroid nodules from May 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent ultrasound elastography and routine ultrasound examinations. Elastography and routine ultrasound findings were compared with pathology result. Results Sixty-eight patients were diagnosed by pathology, including 80 thyroid nodules, including 61 benign nodules and 19 malignant nodules. Sensitivity (100.0%), specificity (80.3%) and accuracy (85.0%) was significantly better than conventional ultrasound (57.9%), specificity (49.2%) and accuracy (52.5%). There was significant difference between the two methods (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound elastography is of great value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which can truly reflect the relative hardness of thyroid nodules. Compared with conventional ultrasound, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic elastography are better than those of conventional ultrasound. Application promotion.
