目的研究微创技术在拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙中的应用价值和安全性。方法将94例进行拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各47例。对照组采用常规拔牙方法进行治疗,观察组采用微创拔牙技术进行治疗。比较两组患者拔牙时间、拔牙后2h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间和术后2h VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,对照组并发症发生率为10.64%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙术应用于拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙可有效缩短手术时间,降低患者疼痛度及并发症发生率,值得临床继续研究推广。
Objective To study the value and safety of minimally invasive surgery in the removal of mandibular impacted third molars. Methods 94 patients with mandibular impacted third molars were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional extraction method, while the observation group was treated by minimally invasive extraction technique. Tooth extraction time, visual analogue scale (VAS) score and complication rate at 2 hours after tooth extraction were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores of operation group and 2h after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%, the incidence of complications in the control group was 10.64%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive extraction of mandibular third molar can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the pain and the incidence of complications in patients. It is worth further study in clinical practice.
