目的观察百部止咳汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将84例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,治疗组42例给予中药百部止咳汤口服,对照组42例给予孟鲁司特口服,观察比较两组治疗后疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论百部止咳汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,并能有效减少复发,无明显副作用,较为安全。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baibu Cough Decoction in treating cough variant asthma in children. Methods Eighty-four children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received oral administration of Baibacizhitang, while the control group received oral administration of montelukast. The curative effect and recurrence of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Baibu Zhike Decoction is effective in treating cough variant asthma in children and can effectively reduce recurrence without obvious side effects and is safer.
