为研究某矿13#煤特厚煤层放顶煤开采回采巷道合理的支护方式,解决回采巷道煤层顶板变形破坏严重的问题,以现场工程实际为背景,分析了原有支护体系下巷道变形破坏机理;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟分析了不同支护方式下回采巷道变形破坏情况,得出了合理的支护方式。模拟结果表明巷道锚杆支护中类压缩拱及预应力锚索悬吊作用的必要性。通过现场工业性试验及观测,验证了回采巷道“锚杆+锚索+网+槽钢”联合支护技术的可行性及合理性。
In order to study the reasonable supporting way of the mining gateway in the 13 # coal special thick seam in a mine and solve the serious problem of deformation and destruction of the coal seam roof in the mining gateway, based on the field engineering actuality, the deformation of the tunnel under the original support system The failure mechanism is simulated. The deformation and failure of the roadway under different support modes are simulated and simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and the reasonable support mode is obtained. The simulation results show the necessity of compression arch and prestressed anchor cable suspension in roadway bolt support. Through field test and field test, the feasibility and rationality of combined support technology for mining gateway “anchor + anchor + mesh + channel” were verified.
