我区是一个人口导人区。区政府对教育提出了“让人民放心,让人民高兴”的目标。为此,我们教育学院在转变教研工作模式上作了新的探索,使教研、科研更好地为“更新薄弱学校工程”,即“放心工程”服务。经过一段时间探索,我院教研和科研工作的模式在三个方面有了转变。一是主要精力的转移。即把主要精力放在处理“面”上的工作转变为放在抓“点”的工作上。虽然,以前我院的教研员也经常深入中小学指导工作,但基点是在“面”上,对各校较多的是进行“游击式”的巡回指导,而当把长桥地区作为教研重点后,中小学的全体教研员把每周三四两天的时间用在深入长桥地区调查研 Our district is a population-oriented area. That is, shifting the focus on the “face” to the “point”. Although the teaching and research staff of our school have often conducted in-depth instruction in primary and secondary schools, the basic point is on the “face”, and more schools are conducting “guerrilla-style” tour guides, while the Changqiao area is the focus of teaching and research. Afterwards, all teachers and researchers in primary and secondary schools spent 234 days per week on investigations into the Longbridge area.
