目的在实验条件下观察二溴海因消毒剂通过增效对微生物特别是细菌芽孢的杀灭效果。方法消毒后微生物检测按卫生部消毒技术规范进行检测。结果二溴海因消毒剂通过增效后最低浓度500mg/L作用时间30分钟就可使黑色枯草杆菌芽孢的杀灭率大于99.999%,达到卫生部颁布的消毒技术规范的要求。结论增效剂KAT-284可以很好的增加二溴海因的消毒效果,尤其增加对黑色枯草杆菌芽孢的杀灭作用,拓展了二溴海因消毒剂的应用范围。
Objective To observe the killing effect of dibromohexine disinfectant on microorganisms, especially bacterial spores, by synergism under the experimental conditions. Methods After disinfection microbial tests according to the Ministry of Health disinfection technical specifications for testing. Results The dibromohexin disinfectant can kill Bacillus subtilis by more than 99.999% after the synergistic effect of 500mg / L action time for 30 minutes, reaching the requirements of disinfection technical regulation promulgated by the Ministry of Health. Conclusions The synergist KAT-284 can effectively increase the disinfection effect of dibromohexine, especially the killing effect on Bacillus subtilis spores, and broaden the application range of dibromohexine disinfectant.
